"Trae and Whitney" is a gospel music duo, composed of siblings Trae Turner and Whitney Smith. This family group from Bellville, Ohio,  is dedicated to a specific calling to share with churches and stages across the country: Reaching the lost for Jesus Christ and encouraging believers through the ministry of their music.

Prior to starting a new chapter of their ministry in 2017, Trae and Whitney traveled with their uncle for nearly 10 years in a group called New Vision. A powerful part of their ministry is being able to witness people giving their hearts to Christ. They are grateful for the numerous opportunities they have to reach people across the country with the Gospel message behind their music. One of the ways they have been able to share their music with a vast audience is through the radi0. Following their debut single in 2010, "Everything's Gonna Turn Out Right", the group's music has been shared on many radio stations. New Vision had four radio singles make it to the Top 80 Gospel Chart for "Singing News'" : "In Better Hands", "Paid In Full", "Temporary Home" and "God Don't Miss A Thing". The group also has one top 40 single called, "That's What Love Looks Like".

While the achievement of having their songs make it to these top charts and to various radio stations across the country has been empowering, it is not at the heart of why Trae and Whitney sing. Whether in a concert setting or church service, they have one goal: To share with each listener the message of God’s love, grace and forgiveness.
